Fred simply stated, "... to some extent, however in most cases home repairs are a recession proof business. When the roof leaks it has to be fixed. When the toilet needs to be replaced, it gets replaced. Besides owners of distinguished tastes make home improvements based on their lifestyle needs, not according to housing market trends."
